About tarkio AI

Tarkio AI is Canadian company building the next-generation operations toolset for industries that keep the world running—manufacturing, construction, healthcare, and agriculture. These are teams still stuck on paper, spreadsheets, and clunky legacy software to manage what matters most: safety, quality, compliance, and daily operations. We're changing that with a no-code platform that's radically simple, dramatically cheaper, and far more powerful than what's out there today—offline-first, deeply flexible, and built to capture the operational details other systems miss.

Why you'll love working here

We're early, fast-moving, and product-obsessed. Your work won't disappear into a backlog—you'll have real ownership, room to grow fast as we scale, and a direct hand in what we build. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care deeply about craft and impact, we'd love to talk.

The Role

You'll own the top of our growth funnel—the first touch between Tarkio and the people who need us. We'll give you the direction (who to target, what story to tell) and you'll build on it: refining the targeting, testing what lands, and turning it into real conversations. You'll lean heavily on AI tooling to do this—and you'll be the kind of person who can tell when an AI's output is good and when it's quietly wrong. Early in your career but think like an operator? This is a chance to build a function from the ground up.

What you'll do

  • Run LinkedIn outreach and content—posting, engaging, and growing our presence with target industries.
  • Prospect with Sales Navigator and Apollo.io—building clean, targeted lists and sequencing outreach to small and mid-sized organizations.
  • Take our targeting and messaging and build on it—testing hooks, personalizing around real signals, killing what doesn't work.
  • Use LLMs across research, copywriting, and prospecting—and critically judge their output instead of shipping whatever the model produces.

What we're looking for

  • Evidence you take a rough brief and run with it independently—a side project, venture, or role with real autonomy. We care about self-starting, not a specific degree.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach/content and with Sales Navigator and Apollo.io (or close equivalents).
  • Real experience using LLMs for marketing or sales—plus the judgment to know when their output is subtly off and fix it.
  • Strong written English—you can write cold outreach that actually gets replies.
  • Solid data discipline—you respect send limits and account safety and keep lists clean.
  • Nice to have: Clay/Zapier/Make/n8n, a CRM (HubSpot, Notion), or early-stage startup experience.

Logistics

Based in India, with 4–5 hours of daily overlap with ET (Toronto). Comfortable working async and running from a direction rather than a full playbook.
