What we're looking for
- own core architecture and system design
- someone who has written compilers/parsers and thinks they're super cool… or is super pumped to build them
- knows Dart + Flutter, or wants to learn them, or has worked on similar UI frameworks
- strong grounding in computer science, algorithms, and a hacker/problem-solver mindset
- excited about cool stuff like AI and Blockchain, and has experimented with the guts of these technologies just for fun
- some experience— hands on, more is good, cooler is better.
- upto speed with the AI coding models and structures of inputs that yields just the code needed.
- push product from 0 → 1 fast
- help define culture, engineering velocity, and tech direction
